I recently purchased a dab pen from O2VAPE, and it’s working quite well for my needs. I ordered a replacement bucket because the one that came with my pen was getting gunky and then it broke. My only issue is that I was sent the wrong item, a touch tip. However, the customer service was great, and they sent out a replacement right away, which I am currently waiting on. Everything I’ve purchased has been good, just a little bit of a warehouse mishap, but I’m giving it 4 stars because the item, when correct, works perfectly.
