Our vaporizers come with a NO QUESTIONS ASKED, NO RECEIPT, NO PURCHASE NECESSARY LIFETIME WARRANTY! This warranty allows you to send the non-functioning vaporizers to us for repair. In the case where the vaporizer cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new vaporizer unit. If the model you have has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a comparable current model of equal value.
Submitting a Warranty Claim
When submitting a warranty claim, the non-functioning products will need to be shipped to us for repair or replacement. We require RMA numbers to process requests and identify repairs. To receive a RMA number, contact our customer service department at (855) 978-6518. When shipping the products to O2VAPE™ use a padded mail bag or small box please write this RMA number on a piece of paper with your name ,shipping and e-mail address and include inside for easy identification. Once at our facilities, one of our warranty representatives will evaluate the condition of the product and proceed with the process.
NOTE: There is a fee of $9.99 per unit for evaluating, handling and processing the warranty on all 510 thread batteries. 1 year warranty for the Dryonic for $49.99 fee and $34.99 for wax pens. Exceptions to this policy may be made at company discretion. Accessories, Cartridges, Disposables, Elixirs and Vape filling machine and Vape pen mods are excluded from warranty.
All O2VAPE™ accessories can be returned within 30 days. Vaporizers / Batteries and Cartridges CANNOT be returned even if they are un-opened. NOTE: There is 15% restocking fee of all returned accessories.
