Warranty

Our vaporizers come with a NO QUESTIONS ASKED, NO RECEIPT, NO PURCHASE NECESSARY LIFETIME WARRANTY!. This warranty allows you to send the non-functioning vaporizers to us for repair. In the case where the vaporizer cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a new vaporizer unit. If the model you have has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a comparable current model of equal value.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

When submitting a warranty claim, the non-functioning products will need to be shipped to us for repair or replacement. We require RMA numbers to process requests and identify repairs. To receive a RMA number, contact our customer service department at (855) 978-6518. When shipping the products to o2Vape™ please write this RMA number on the outside of the box for easy identification. Once at our facilities, one of our warranty representatives will evaluate the condition of the product and proceed with the process. NOTE: There is a fee of $5.99 per returned item for processing of warranty and shipping & handling.

Returns

All o2Vape™ accessories can be returned within 30 days. Vaporizers and cartridges fall into the product category of health and beauty products so they CANNOT be returned even if they are un-opened. NOTE: There is 15% restocking fee of all returned accessories.

Submitting a Return

In order to return an accessory, the product will need to be shipped to us. We require RMA numbers to process requests and returns.
