Warranty
Our vaporizers come with a NO RECEIPT, NO PURCHASE NECESSARY LIFETIME WARRANTY!  This warranty allows you to send the non-functioning vaporizers to us for replacement at your expense. Your brand new vaporizer unit will be tested before it ships out. We do not send out refurbished units YOU GET A BRAND NEW UNIT!.  If the model you have has been discontinued, it will be replaced with a comparable current model of equal value.

Submitting a Warranty Claim
When submitting a warranty claim, the non-functioning products will need to be shipped to us at your expense for replacement. We require RMA numbers to process warranty requests . To receive a RMA number, contact our customer service department at (855) 978-6518 or email us.  When shipping the products to O2VAPE™ use a padded mail bag or small box standard shipping is fine no need to overnight! Please write this RMA number on a piece of paper with your name ,shipping and e-mail address and include inside for easy identification. Once at our facilities, one of our warranty representatives will evaluate the condition of the product and proceed with the process. If you have just received your device and are having issues please contact us immediately so we may help troubleshoot and/or resolve the issue ASAP.

NOTE: There is a fee of $9.99 per unit for evaluating, handling and processing the warranty on all standard 510 thread  batteries and $14.99 for all DUO and Flip Vape Pen Models. 1 year warranty for the  Dryonic 2 for $49.99 fee and $24.99 for Ceram-X. Exceptions to this policy may be made at company discretion.  Accessories, Cartridges, Disposables, and Vape filling machine and Vape pen mods are excluded from warranty. Please reference warranty service fee table below for details.

Returns
All O2VAPE™ accessories can be returned within 30 days. Vaporizers / Batteries and Cartridges CANNOT be returned even if they are un-opened. NOTE: There is 15% restocking fee of all returned accessories.

Submitting a Return
In order to return an accessory, the product will need to be shipped to us. We require RMA numbers to process requests and returns. To receive a RMA number, contact our customer service department at (855) 978-6518. When shipping the products to O2VAPE™ please write this RMA number with your name ,mailing and email addresses on a piece of paper and place inside, you will receive a email when we ship your new product out to you . PLEASE use a padded mail bag or small box and not a regular envelope.
